Overview Glory Group is preparing for a significant phase of development in Port Moresby
throughout 2026. We are currently reviewing our vendor panel and inviting Expressions of Interest
(EOI) from experienced trade contractors to execute works across our project sites.
Selected partners will focus on works execution and installation, with major materials procured
and supplied by Glory Group.
Scope of Works We are seeking specialized contractors in the following categories:
- Civil Infrastructure: Earthworks, drainage, concreting, and roadworks.
- Interior Finishing Works: Joinery (cabinetry/fit-out), Tiling & Flooring, Painting, and
Ceiling/Partitioning systems. - MEP & HVAC: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning installation
services.
Pre-Qualification Criteria To be considered, contractors must provide evidence of the following:
- Legal Compliance: Current IPA Company Registration and Tax Identification Number
(TIN). - Insurance Coverage (Mandatory):
o Valid Worker’s Compensation Policy (Must cover all deployed personnel).
o Public Liability Insurance (Preferred). - Execution Capacity:
o Profile of key technical staff and total workforce size.
o Confirmation of ownership of necessary trade tools and plant equipment. - Experience: Portfolio showing at least 3 similar projects completed in the last 1-3 years.
- Safety: Evidence of a documented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy.
