Through Papua New Guinea’s first public-private partnership in land development, we’ve helped reshape settlements into vibrant neighbourhoods featuring private homes, industrial zones, shopping precincts, and one of the country’s largest hardware stores. Our commercial and industrial projects; including Middleton, Glasnevin, and Kings Plaza continue to support economic growth and urban transformation.

GLORY LEADER
Since its creation in 2009, Glory Group of Companies has grown from a small team of half a dozen staff to a multi-disciplinary group with over 500 employees. Each arm of our company is led by talented professionals with relevant qualifications and vast experience in their respective fields.
Teck Kong Lee, Managing Director
Mr. Teck Kong Lee brings a wealth of experience in Management and Finance. With a professional degree in Accountancy and membership in the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, Mr. Lee has held significant positions such as Director at Kina Finance and General Manager of Corporate Finance and Investment at Rimbunan Hijau, PNG. Under his leadership since 2009, the Glory Group has grown through strategic thinking and robust financial planning.
CLAIRE Lee, Chief Executive Director
Ms. Claire Lee, an accomplished entrepreneur, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering. As Chief Executive Director at Glory Holdings, her hands-on management approach and focus on performance management have fostered a culture of problem-solving and innovation. Ms. Lee's leadership in IT, sales, marketing, and business development has significantly enhanced the company's efficiency and productivity.

2021
Delivering on Promises & Launching a New Community Hub
- Fulfilling the PPP Vision: We successfully handed over 50 institutional houses to DAL staff and transferred 200+ allotments, a tangible milestone in our partnership.
- The Dawn of Grand Eden – Stage 1: Capitalizing on 8 Mile’s rapid growth, we launched the Grand Eden project. Stage 1 introduced a gated community of standalone and link houses, specifically designed for young professionals and growing families seeking a perfect blend of modern living, security, and community.
2019
A Landmark Public-Private Partnership
In a testament to our capability and reputation, Glory Group entered a strategic PPP with the Department of Agriculture and Livestock (DAL) to transform challenging, underutilized land at 8 Mile. This pivotal project underscored our role as a national partner in urban development, turning “slump and swamp into a modern development.”

Expanding the Dream for Middle-Income Families – Skyview Estate
Demonstrating our strategic growth, we launched Skyview Estate near ATS. This project broadened our reach, making quality homeownership accessible to the vital middle- and high-income market with a diverse range of 2 to 6-bedroom homes, all launched at an accessible price point under K500,000.
