Description
As soon as you step into the fence, you’ll notice the carport that has space to cater for two vehicles or maybe you’d like to convert that extra space to store all your pot plants. Access to the upstairs area is through a covered stairway area near the rear of the downstairs part of this house. In this covered area, you’ll find the laundry area and you can also use this area as extra storage space.

As soon as you access the upper part of the house, you are greeted by the kitchen. The kitchen has a unique U-shape to it, and you’ll notice the modular design of the house. The dining and living areas of the house are adjacent to the kitchen, in an open plan design, which makes the kitchen a warm hub of comfort and love at the end of a long hard day at school or work. Just put stools around the kitchen bench and you have an extra place to have those on-the-go meals on that busy morning, when you’re rushing off to go to work or getting the kids prepared for school.

The Goldie has a modular design to it, and each of the bedrooms are built around the central areas of the kitchen, dining and living areas; providing a more homely and comfortable feel to the house, so this not only becomes a house but transforms into your homely abode.

Oh, and did we mention the balcony? So, on those days and nights you’d want to enjoy the outside environment, you can access this part of the house through the living area; just bring out a nice comfy chair and a table and now you have a nice spot to read the newspaper or take an afternoon nap.
